About SANOG
South Asian Network Operators Group - SANOG is an interaction and collaboration platform formed on the pattern of NANOG for the regional needs of South Asia. SANOG has an impressive regional participation construct. SANOG meetings are modeled as a mix of Asia Pacific Regional Internet Conference on Operational Technologies APRICOT and NANOG meeting and thus comprises of Workshops, Tutorials and the Conference.
SANOG meetings are held twice a year in a the South Asian Region, which consists of India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Afghanistan. SANOG has already been held in Kathmandu, Colombo, Bangalore, Dhaka, Mumbai, Thimphu and Karachi.
